Visit Rome Italy with this remarkable pasta dish featuring fresh garlic, lemon juice and and shrimp cooked to perfection.
¼ Cup Select Spice Garlic Sauce
2 Tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves Minced
½ Cup Dry White Wine
¾ Teaspoon Sea Salt
1 ¾ Pounds Peeled Large Shrimp
⅓ Cup Chopped Parsley
½ Lemon Fresh Squeezed
In a large saucepan, garlic sauce and olive oil. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute until fragrant. Add wine, salt, and pepper to taste and bring to a simmer. Allow to sit 2 minutes to allow wine to reduce by half.
Add shrimp and sauté 2 – 3 minutes or until they turn pink. Cooking time will depend on the size of the shrimp. Add parsley and lemon juice and serve over pasta or accompanied by bread of choice.
