Tuscan Mushrooms + New Potatoes

An elegant dish that merges two amazing tastes, you will love the combination of our small potatoes and fresh mushrooms when paired together to stop any show.

INGREDIENTS

½ Cup Select Spice Garlic Sauce

4 Cloves Minced Garlic

21 Oz Mushrooms

1 Large Chopped Onion

½ Cup White Wine (OPTIONAL)

5 Oz Sun Dried Tomato Strips in Oil (OPTIONAL)

1 Teaspoon Dried Italian Herbs

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

½ Cup Water


DIRECTIONS

In a saucepan place olive oil, soy sauce, water and mushrooms over medium and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until fully tender. Once fully cooked, remove from heat and set aside.


Place a large saucepan over medium-high heat and add garlic butter, sun dried tomatoes, garlic and onion and sauté 2 minute or until transparent and flavors release. Add mushrooms, white wine and heavy whipping cream and reduce heat to a gentle simmer, while stirring occasionally. Season with Italian herbs and pepper your taste.
