Escargo Gratineed + Mushrooms

If you are looking for the perfect apetizer or only desire a light bite that is filling and fit for a king or queen you will love our escargot, mushrooms and increadible cream sauce.



½ Pound Escargot

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream

½ Pound Mushrooms

½ Cup Select Spice Garlic Sauce

2 Cups Spinach

½ Onion Diced Onion

Kosher Salt

Black Pepper


IN a saucepan combine garlic sauce, oil, onions and mushrooms and cook 7 to 10 minutes until tender and dark in color, then add escargot and cook 3 minutes. Add whipping cream, spinach, salt and pepper and turn heat to low. Allow mixture to cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes and serve with favorite bread loaf.
