Our amazing garlic salmon is filled with robust flavor that will leave your mouth watering when cooked to perfection and covered in our amazing garlic sauce.
GARLIC ROASTED ASPARAGUS
2 Pounds Asparagus
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Select Spice Garlic Sauce
Preheat over to 450 degrees. Place asparagus on cookie sheet and drizzle with oil and add garlic sauce until fully coated, agitating as needed to evenly distribute oil and sauce. Finish with garlic salt to taste. Place asparagus in over for 15 minutes agitating on sheet as needed to evenly roast. Once cooked to desired consistency remove from oven and serve as a side dish to your favorite protein or cut into smaller pieces for use as topping on salad.
4 (6oz) Skinless Salmon Fillets
¾ Cup Garlis Sauce
2 Tbl Spoons Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic Diced
1 ½ Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
2 ½ Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Parsley
1 Lemon Sliced
Heat oven to 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Place Salmon on a large baking sheet and rub with salt, pepper, garlic and parsley. Pour the garlic sauce over the salmon. Place in over and bake 8 to 10 minutes. Bake until the salon is opaque throughout. The last two minutes of cooking salmon should be broiled to get edges slightly charred and provide a beautiful grilled look. Once cooked to desired consistency, remove from oven and serve with your favorite side dish.
