Georgia Crab Boil + Sauce

You don't know Cajun cooking if you;ve never had a traditional crab boil. Fill your pot with corn, potatoes, eggs, shrimp, blue crab, snow crab, lobster, crawfish and andouille sausage and cover with our favorite sauce or combine them both for a remarkable experience.

INGREDIENTS

Red Potatoes

Andouille Sausage

Shrimp

Snow Crab

Blue Crab

Crawfish

Large Onion

¼ Cup Old Bay

Fresh Lemons

Select Spice Garlic Sauce, Cajun Sauce or Mixture of Both

DIRECTIONS

Bring a large pot of water bring potatoes, onions, corn, and Old Bay to a boil and cook for 20 minutes or until potatoes reach desired consistency. Once cooked to desired consistency remove from heat and discard onion. Place potatoes and corn in steam pan or double broiler and add crab and sausage and steam for 7 minutes before adding shrimp. Continue steaming for 3 – 5 minutes, then remove from heat and add your favorite Select Spice Sauce to desired consistency, mix well and serve.
