Pan Seared Mussels + Loaf

The perfect side to accompany wine and light bites or when you want a flavorful dish that has a lasting impression on your palate.



2 Pounds Mussels – In Shells

¾ Cup Select Spice Garlic Sauce

3 Tablespoons Parsley

3 Garlic Cloves

1 ¼ Cup White Wine

4 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Wedged Lemons

1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

1 Teaspoon White Pepper


Place sourdough bread in over and turn heat to 350 degrees. Cook bread 5 – 7 minutes.

Cook your favorite angle hair pasta according to directions and add ¼ cup garlic sauce once tender. Set aside and heat olive oil and garlic in a large saucepan and cook for one minute over medium heat. Add the cleaned mussels, wine, salt, and pepper to the mussels and cover the pan and shake well. Allow mussels to cook until they open, shaking occasionally. Use lemon and parsley as garnish.
