Roasted Garlic Oysters + Half Shell

A seafood connoisseur's favorite whether you are from the Alabama Gulf Cast or the Nantuckets, these oysters will prove to be a culnary delight that is not bound by region when you taste this flavor our sauce added to this seafood favorite.

SERVES 4


INGREDIENTS

2 Dozen Oysters - Half Shell

1 Cup Select Spice Garlic Sauce

3 Tablespoons Diced Garlic

3 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley

1 Wedged Lemon

1 Teaspoon White Pepper

1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

½ Cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese (OPTIONAL)


DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan mix garlic butter, garlic, pepper, cheese and salt and well mixed, then set aside. Place oysters on cooking dish of choice. Use spoon to place garlic mixture on top of each oyster and place remaining mixture in pan. Finish with fresh parsley and bake for 20 minutes.


After ten minutes place sourdough bread loaf in oven and heat 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cut into vertical slices. Serve sliced bread alongside oysters for dipping and oyster accompaniment.
